Services
Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- A $20 fee will apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If you miss your appointment without notice (no-show), a $20 fee will be applied to your next visit. After two no-shows, we will no longer accept future appointments from you.
2. New Client Booking Policy
- A $20 deposit is required to book appointments for new clients. Please send the deposit via Zelle or Venmo to our business number at (916) 802-0338. Be sure to include your name and appointment date in the note.
- The deposit will be deducted from your total bill at checkout during your appointment.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be retained to compensate for the artist’s time.
3. Foreign Refill Policy
- We do accept foreign refills. However, we will assess the condition and retention of your existing lashes in person to determine the pricing.
- We will do our best to work with foreign lashes, but please note that every lash artist uses different techniques and materials. We cannot guarantee that the final results will meet your full satisfaction.
4. Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the lash artist will do their best within the remaining time. If you arrive 30 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding, as our artists have limited time for each scheduled appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
5. No Refunds
There are no refunds for services rendered.
6. Lash Extension Appointment Preparation
- Remove Eye Contacts: We recommend removing your contact lenses before your lash service to reduce the risk of irritation from the adhesive fumes.
- No Eye Makeup: Please ensure all eye makeup is removed before your appointment. This will allow us to properly clean and work on your lashes.
- Avoid Caffeine: We recommend not drinking coffee before your eyelash service, as caffeine may make it difficult for you to lie still during the procedure.
7. Client Responsibility and Risk Disclosure
It is your responsibility to keep your eyes closed and remain still during the entire procedure until the technician instructs you to open your eyes. There is a risk of eye redness and irritation due to the adhesive fumes. Free fixing or removal within the first 3 days after the service in case of irritation or allergic reactions.
